This is 1ea. lot of 10ea. new MS21919WDG4 clamps.  The clamp is made of aluminum metal with chloroprene rubber cushioning (black with blue stripe and with a wedge).  When installed the inside diameter is 1/4in., secured with a #10 screw or bolt and used a lot in aircraft.
