This is 1ea. lot of 10ea. new MS21919WDG7 clamps made with aluminum metal and chloroprene rubber cushioning(black with blue stripe and with a wedge), with a 7/16in. inside diameter when installed and is secured with a #10 screw or bolt and are used a lot in aircraft.
