Audi has given the R8 a facelift for 2013 with cosmetic tweaks, a new 7-speed S tronic dual clutch and the Audi R8 V10 Plus. Audi’s answer to the Porsche 911 has been with us for six years and has grown to a complete range of supercars with four rings, including V8 and V10 versions as Spyder or Coupe and an R8 GT. Jan 20, 2006 - 'Fifteen' was the title for Coventry University's 13th MA Design Degree Show, held at Coventry's Transport Museum December 2-9. The title signified a recurring theme: 15 Automotive Design students, 15 months programme duration for the first time, "15 minutes of fame".     Graduates from the USA, India, China, Korea, Greece, Lebanon and the UK, made for a strong international flavour in the diversity of the final designs. 2005 was sponsor Corus' ninth year of involvement with the show, and the fifth year they have held a forum to coincide with the opening of the event.

33% of young take driving 'selfie'

A THIRD a third of young British drivers have taken a "selfie" while at the wheel, according to a survey. Such self-distracting behaviour is worse among young Britons than among any of six other European countries, the survey from the Ford Motor Company showed. While 33% of Britons aged 18-24 confessed to taking a selfie while driving, the figure for Germany was 28%, with France also 28%, Romania, 27%, Italy 26%, Spain 18% and Belgium 17%.
