PART  #    8203

RED  /  WITH BLACK TOP

If you are looking to upgrade your stock coil, or want to compliment the performance of your MSD blaster ignition, MSD 5, 6 or 7, the blaster coil line is the right choice. All of the blaster coils are designed for improved spark output! Special 100:1 windings are used to provide maximum build up of voltage! These windings are held secure and kept cool in an oil filled metal canister. The tower assembly is molded of durable alkyd material due to its high dielectric characteristics while wide spaced brass primary terminals prevent the possibility of spark. There are several versions of the blaster coil available. All of them have the same internal specifications, but have different housings or components. Each blaster coil can be used with a stock ignition, blaster ignition, MSD 5, 6 or 7 ignition control. Most late model vehicles with electronic ignitions do not require a ballast resistor, check your ignition and manufacturers specifications to determine if a ballast is required in your application

New Rolls-Royce Ghost Alpine Trial Centenary Collection

Fri, 19 Apr 2013

We all know that ‘Special Edition’ cars help car maker shift metal, and even at the top end it works – especially in China. All of which explains why Rolls Royce are delivering a new limited edition Ghost for China at the Shanghai Motor Show this weekend – the Rolls Royce Ghost Alpine Trial Centenary Collection – which takes inspiration for its titivation from the Silver Ghosts that took part in the Austrian Alpine Trials in 1913. The Alpine Trial event in 1913 – just before the world changed forever – saw four Rolls Royce Silver ghosts drive for 1820 miles through almost impossible mountain terrain and establish Rolls Royce as the makers of the ‘Best car in the world’.

Lamborghini V12 Parade Sant’Agata Bolognese +video

Sat, 27 Nov 2010

Lamborghini V12 Parade at Sant'Agata Bolognese Back at the start of November we reported that Lamborghini were celebrating the end of the Murcielago after almost a decade of V12 goodness from Sant’Agata’s finest. Which was a bit of an odd time to celebrate, we thought, especially as Murcielago 4099 rolled of the line back in May. But the news – it transpires – was timed to coincide with a parade of the finest V12 Lamborghinis around Sant’Agata Bolognese to celebrate Lamborghini’s finest creations.

Lexus LF-NX Concept Compact SUV with 2.0 litre turbo petrol at Tokyo

Mon, 04 Nov 2013

Lexus LF-NX Concept Compact SUV (pictured) with 2.0 litre turbo petrol at Tokyo The Lexus LF-NX Concept debuted at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September, and certainly made a statement. Lexus’ efforts to create an SUV/Crossover to sit below the RX and mop up some of the ever-growing demand for more compact SUVs tried hard to do the whole ‘Ugly but appealing’ school of design the Nissan Juke pulled off, but pretty much failed. There were some good ideas running around, but there were just too many jarring angles on the bodywork and not enough cuteness to love and the interior was very ‘concepty’ with a sea of blue and yellow everything and touchscreen surfaces abounding.
