MSD Ignition 8253 Blue Blaster HVC-2 Ignition Coils Coil, Blaster HVC II, 6 Series Ignitions MSD engineers drew upon their experience with Top Fuel cars and created these new HVC-2 coils for use with the MSD 6 Series Ignition Controls. These coils utilize an iron U-Core design with a segmented bobbin for improved voltage distribution. The bobbin is molded from Dupont Rynite FR946 and wound specifically to create an effective coil with incredible voltage capabilities, lightning quick rise time, and lengthy spark duration. The housing, also molded from Rynite material, features far-spaced brass primary terminals and a well-protected secondary tower for increased spark isolation. The housing is completely potted with an epoxy compound for vibration resistance and installs with sturdy vibration mounts. They're designed for use with MSD 6 Series ignitions. Not that long ago ABT Sportsline unveiled a 700 hp Audi RS6 Avant, an absolutely rabid grocery-getter that can make the sprint to 60 in just 3.4 seconds. ABT's RS6 Avant packs 25 percent more power than the stock version of the RS6 Avant, which made an already hair-raising 560 hp.
Former Saab executives arrested in accounting-fraud probe
Tue, 21 May 2013Three former Saab executives, including former CEO Jan-Aake Jonsson, were arrested Monday on suspicion of “grave attempts to complicate tax controls” during 2010 and 2011, according to a report from Bloomberg. The Swedish Economic Crime Authority's chief prosecutor, Olof Sahlgren, declined to give the names of the arrested, but Bloomberg confirmed in court documents that Jonsson, former chief financial officer Karl-Gustav Lindstroem and formal general counsel Kristina Geers were detained. “It's about accounting measures to complicate the control operations of the tax authority regarding the calculation of taxes and fees,” Sahlgren told Bloomberg.
