These MTU model 8V-396TB93 marine packages, represented to be in low hour, rebuilt condition. Units are rated @ 1300 hp each and are heat exchanger cooled. Engines have just been removed on re-power project from a 70' yacht and are available for immediate shipment. One engine had a failure and it has been represented to us as a possible rod bearing issue requiring a new crank. This may be the case but not guaranteed so we are representing this as a parts engine only. Both have approx 1550 hours since complete MTU 2002 W-6 rebuild by previous owner at a cost of 212,000 USD. A BEAUTIFUL new book has been released that documents 77 different liveries from famous racing cars throughout the decades. Among the famous and celebrated paint schemes set out in Racing Colours are Gulf, Martini and British Racing Green classics from the racetrack and even from cinema, like that of the Porsche 917K driven by Steve McQueen’s Michael Delaney in the 1970 film Le Mans. A racing car’s livery is a key component in the enjoyment of motorsport through creating attractive car designs.

Land Rover has released pictures of the new Freelander (LR2), due to be launched at the British Motor Show in July. Harder edged than its predecessor, the chiselled exterior has simpler surfaces that update the same overall styling theme. The profile of the new car is more dynamic, borrowing cues from Range Rover Sport, though the stepped roofline has been diluted.
