5) Right
5.1) According to art. 5, Dlgs 22 May 1999 n. 185, the customer can assert his right of withdrawal; after 
returning the delivered goods, he will receive a refund.
5.2) Customers who, for any reason, are dissatisfied with their purchase, have the right to withdraw from the purchase, without any fee and without specifying a reason within 10 days from the day of delivery of the purchased good.
5.3) The customer will pay all the fees involved in the return of the goods, which must be delivered to 
Italian Motorbikes in the conditions of reception.
5.4) In order to assert his right of withdrawal, the customer must send a registered letter with return receipt containing a statement on the will of withdrawal, the customer's personal data, the invoice or receipt number, his bank details to: Italian Motorbikes c/o Pisani Andrea, Via Scrivia 6, Verona - Italy.
5.5) The will of withdrawal can be anticipated through an email to e-mail  ; this email might serve to speed up the withdrawal process but, for the sake of officialdom, a registered letter must be sent anyway.
5.6) Italian Motorbikes will accept the returned goods only if they are in the original conditions; 
in that case, Italian Motorbikes will refund the customer within 10 days from the reception of the registered letter.
5.7) The shipping fees and the expenses for the returning of the goods to Italian Motorbikes are not reimbursable.
6) Privacy

The government is spending £120,000 rolling out the devices – also known as ‘drugalysers’ – across 11 police forces for a trial period. The Eco Car Challenge spring workshop had a flavor of cutting-edge environmental technologies in advanced prototypes--developed by students. The event, at the Environmental Protection Agency's laboratory in Ann Arbor, Mich., allowed journalists to get behind the wheel of these test cars. It was part of a competition among 16 North American universities to design, develop and build vehicles that are forward-looking yet practical.

Kia has revealed price and specification for the 2013 Procee’d, starting from £17,495 for the Pro_cee’d 1.6 GDI S rising to £20,795 for the SE. The new Procee’d comes in two trim options – S and SE – and with a choice of a 1.6 litre GDi petrol engine or 1.6 litre CRDi diesel, all with a six-speed manual gearbox as standard although you can opt for a DCT ‘box on the Pro_cee’d 1.6 GDi SE. The 1.6 GDi offers 133bhp and 164lb/ft of torque, does 52.3mpg and takes 9.8 seconds to 62mph.
