Proper "rolled edge" twin exhaust tips ( pair ) for 67-69 Mustangs with GT or Mach I option. The difference is that this tip has been modified to fit 2 1/2" exhaust pipe.The factory and reproduction tips are a tiny 1 7/8" at the smallest point and will fit factory size tailpipes only. This is terrible for a performance car. If you have larger 2 1/2 tailpipes, but want the look of a stock system, these are your ticket. If you are interested in larger than 2 1/2, contact me. These are stainless steel rolled edge repro tips that have been professionally welded to 2 1/2" ID pipe in the proper length, finished and delivered for this price. Bedford Autodrome to get Ariel Atoms for 2012
Thu, 15 Dec 2011Corporate track-days at the Bedford Autodrome will get lairier in 2012 - Somerset-based Ariel has announced it’ll supply ten cars for the PalmerSport track-day events next year. Stopping short of the unhinged Atom V8, the PalmerSport-spec cars get the normally aspirated 245bhp Civic Type-R engine, and some key changes to set it aside from the Joe-Public Atom. The Palmer-spec car will get a Sadev paddle-shift sequential gearbox, which swaps ratios in 60 milliseconds, whilst some choice chassis mods optimise the Atom for its full-time track-toy brief.
