Here we have professionally
re-plated rear License Plate Lights for the
1965-1966, 1967-1968, 1971-1973 Mustangs. The plating has been done by a plating shop that
has been around since the mid-50s and the plating shows great on the
lights. These lights are best for owners who have multiple Mustangs ranging from years. A great collection to have or use. Please read the following:
The 1965-1966 Mustang license plate light wiring is OEM original and includes a new wire asphalt cloth just like the Ford Factory used in the mid-60s. The OEM Grommet appears to be in good condition. The
OEM glass lens appeared to be in
great shape, and I included a new lens gasket
and a original bulb. Finally included are 2 OEM replated concourse light hanging screws.

The
Fact is that NOS License plate lights are almost impossible to
find these days on eBay, or other vendors for 65-66, 67-68 and 71-73 Mustangs. The
License Plate Lights that come-up for sale are
just Ford Galaxie"service parts" Lights and are different from Mustang
light in design.... What I'm selling is a true Ford Factory
License Plate Lights with all number/letter stamping. Restored back to
Factory
condition. It would cost much more time and money to purchase OEM
lights and have them professionally re-plated and get all the accessories
that I listed above. Anyone can paint a light, but plating brings the
light to a whole another level. Worth the investment for your Pony.
Don't settle for foreign reproductions, keep your Mustang real with Factory Ford Parts. Keep searching you won't find another Factory 1965-1966, 1967-1968, 1971-1973 license plate lights in this condition on eBay....
Price estimates for making the license plate light look FoMoCo Factory again: This is how much will cost, if you plan on doing your own license plate light restoration. Purchasing good OEM license plate lights: $60-75 Professionally re-platting the license plate light: $180-200 Purchasing accessories to complete the light: $30-40 Labor: $65.00 Distance: Finding a good plating shop and driving Fuel prices: $5-10 Time: These light takes about 2 weeks to get restored correctly with some knowledge of

General Motors' Opel is withdrawing from China after several years of declining sales, with the last vehicles slated to be exported from Germany in January 2015. Opel managed to sell only 4,365 cars in China in all of 2013, compared to a staggering 810,000 Buicks, GM's most popular division in China. The lackluster sales and the planned withdrawal from China highlighted the unique demands of the Chinese domestic market, where Buick now offers almost twice the number of models as in the U.S.
