White outer piece is made of delrin. Yellow/goldish inner crush sleeves a made from yellow zinc coated steel to help some with corrosion resistance. These work well in keeping the upper control arms of your IRS equipped mustang stable during hard cornering/acceleration/braking. Adding these is one step in making the rear end (of your IRS equipped mustang) well behaved during autocross, track day, or road racing events. Note that the outer diameter of the delrin (white piece) which goes through the control arm will need to be reduced on a lathe from 1.465" to ~1.335" as these were manufactured too large for a press fit.
