This is a fuel sending unit from a 1992 Mustang. It mounts in the driver side of the gas tank for fuel level signal to the gauge. It is a direct replacement for all 87-93 Mustang 5.0 and 2.3 models. These do not interchange with older 79-86 vehicles.
