This fairing piece was in a box of 1988 Honda Gold Wing plastics. I see no numbers on it so cannot positively identify. Obviously a Honda windshield item. Please feel free to drop me a line if you know what it is from and I'll post. It is in pretty good shape, no cracks but has a small chip on bottom left corner and a few paint chips. The panel back side looks to have gold paint overspray. Please check the photos. Questions welcomed.

Vauxhall Astra & Astra Sports Tourer get BiTurbo diesel
Wed, 01 Aug 2012Vauxhall has decided to bolt their BiTurbo diesel engine in to the Astra Hatch and the Astra Sports Tourer. Vauxhall revealed last month that the Astra GTC was getting the frugal but lively 2.0 litre CDTi BiTurbo engine, offering a tempting combination of 53mpg official economy and sub 8 second 0-62mph performance. With levels of economy unthinkable just a few years ago combined with performance a hot hatch would have been proud of, the BiTurbo Astra GTC is a clever combination.
Miko's high performance material with an ecological edge

The faux suede material is produced from a combination of recycled polyester and polyurethane fibers, and is also 100 percent recyclable at the end of its lifecycle. Jaguar XJ_e PHEV Plug-in Hybrid wins RAC Awards
Tue, 06 Nov 2012The Jaguar XJ_e PHEV plug-in hybrid has won the RAC ‘Most Energy Efficient Luxury Car Prototype’ and ‘Technical Panel’s Award of Merit’. This year, Jaguar rolled out its experimental hybrid XJ – the Jaguar XJ_e, which we saw at this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed – which managed to win the award for ‘Most Energy Efficient Luxury Car Prototype’ and also grabbed the Technical Panel’s ‘Award of Merit’ for its clever tech and frugal transit. Jaguar entered three XJ_e PHEV experimental cars in to the FCC, which managed to do the Brighton to London run on just 1.2 litres of petrol and 11kWh of electricity which adds up to an mpg of around 125mpg.
