BMW Concept Active Tourer [w/Gallery]
Fri, 14 Sep 2012BMW will be presenting its new concept, the BMW Concept Active Tourer, at this month's Paris motor show as part of the ongoing development of the BMW brand and its model range. With a length of 4,350 mm, a width of 1,834mm and a height of 1,560mm, the wedge-shaped BMW Concept Active Tourer targets the premium market along with families, and because of the car's long wheelbase of 2,670mm and a high roofline it allows for a spacious interior. The car's front face features the signature front-tilted BMW radiator grille and wraparound headlamps with two large air inlets underneath, designed to emphasize the car's width.

In the name of completeness I’ll mention that Murray was the genius behind the McLaren F1, designer Stevens a key player, but most of you won’t need to be reminded. You’ll know that Murray and Stevens, along with a small but brilliant team, created a supercar that beat Lamborghini and Ferrari and everyone else in the world.
Video: Ken Block tears through Hollywood in Gymkhana Four
Tue, 16 Aug 2011We've missed you, Ken Block. We know it was only last September that he brought us Gymkhana Three, the DC Shoes commercial with the rally-ready Monster Energy Ford Fiesta as the star. But he is back, at Universal Studios, Calif., with his new car--and a new nine-minute “Hollywood Megamercial.” The new car is called the HFHV, for Hybrid Fiesta Hoonage Vehicle.
