This com powers up and has good display and also receives but does have a problem. This unit want take to much to fix tho or would be a great parts unit. I removed on 5-25-16 for new Avionics upgrade. The only reason I'm not fixing unit is due to my narco 810 maintenance manual got wet in storage and is no longer with me anymore. Nissan’s NV200 London Taxi revealed in production guise The lack of investment in the traditional London Taxi has left the door wide open for competitors, and Mercedes has made a good pitch with its Vito Taxi. But perhaps the most promising option for London Cabbies is the new Nissan NV200 Taxi for London – previewed over a year ago – which has now been fettled enough to be rolled out in something very close to production guise. Designed by Nissan’s London Design Studio, the NV200 Taxi for London is very similar to those Nissan has produced for other iconic taxi hotspots round the world – like the yellow New York Nissan Taxi – but comes with a bit of a pastiche of the traditional black cab’s nose with a new grill and round headlights.

In what's regarded as a major boost for Korean car maker Kia, it has been confirmed that Peter Schreyer will be moving from Volkswagen AG to lead Kia's global design operation. Schreyer will oversee the design activities of the company's regional design centers in Frankfurt, Los Angeles and Tokyo as well as the Namyang Design Center in Korea. While Schreyer's move to Kia comes across as a big surprise for many within automotive design circles, his departure from Volkswagen doesn't.

Infiniti's 2013 luxury EV: the teaser sketch

Infiniti has released a teaser sketch of its upcoming electric vehicle. Revealed at the opening of Infiniti’s second UK dealership, at Piccadilly in London, the single image previews a ‘luxury’ EV that Infiniti promises will be launched in 2013. Underneath it’s essentially a Nissan Leaf, but as you can see from the sketch it won’t look like a re-nosed Nissan.
