Monroe, Wisconsin, US
Narco MK12A aircraft radio. I got several of these, from a now-deceased friend, who was a flyer; and I myself know little about them. There are some tubes missing, and the cords were cut off. I am selling it for parts or restoration. If you have questions please ask, and I will try to answer them. Weighs 6 pounds before packing. I am guessing that it is about 14 X 8 X 4 inches is in size. Thank you for looking.

Vorsteiner offers aero package for Ferrari 599
Wed, 18 Apr 2012The Ferrari 599 is on its way out; we saw its striking replacement, the F12 Berlinetta, at the Geneva motor show. But Los Angeles-based tuner Vorsteiner isn't quite ready to let go. To infuse the “old” grand tourer with new life, Vorsteiner created a new aero kit, wheel package and exhaust system to set it apart from your run-of-the-mill Prancing Horse.
Who got a MINI for Christmas, then?
Wed, 30 Dec 2009The MINI 'Present' Box It’s a familiar sight at this time of the year. Rubbish bags piled up at the side of the road (look out – they’ll fine you) surrounded by packaging from Christmas gifts. And most of us don’t give a second glance.
Great Americans: 1970 Dodge Challenger R/T
Thu, 04 Jul 2013The classic Dodge Challenger's most famous movie role was the 1971 box-office success "Vanishing Point." A pastiche of man vs. society, a legendary staple in classic narrative -- as exemplified by such works as "1984," "Fahrenheit 451," "Charlotte's Web," Idiocracy -- "Vanishing Point" was a movie made by those who commonly styled themselves as "auteurs," making a "film" for the corporate overlords at Warner Brothers, who just happened to land themselves some brand-new Chrysler products and ultimately went on to create, as the DVD reissue box art that I found in the $5 movie bin at Wal-Mart claims, "the ultimate car chase movie!" The movie is rife for philosophical introspection, performed as it is by Philosophy 132 majors needing to pass their Humanities requirement and who couldn't find any more copies of "American Beauty" at their local Best Buy. So, ignore the movie.
