They work out of our warehouse every weekday between 7.30am and 5pm, and pride themselves on good, old-fashioned service backed up by extensive knowledge of the auto parts industry.

HASSLE FREE 30 DAYS RETURNS POLICY

Your satisfaction when purchasing from us is a cornerstone or our business. We want you to have the perfect part for your car and be happy with every step of the process. However, we know that sometimes you will need to return or cancel an item.

We are happy to refund or exchange any item purchased through the Motoparts eBay store. With our return policy there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure the merchandise is in the same condition.

• Simply inform us of any return within 30 days of the original order date.
• We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA) - this helps us to identify and quickly process your return.
• Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
