You are bidding on a NEW Ford Racing NASCAR poster that came out in 2005, promoting the awesome drivers that represent Ford Racing. The Nextel Cup drivers are all there with their cars: Mark Martin, John Andretti, Greg Biffle, Matt Kenseth, Ricky Rudd, Elliot Sadler, Hermie Sadler, Dale Jarrett, Kurt Busch and Carl Edwards - Many from Roush Racing! It also features Ford Busch Series drivers Jourdain, Wallace, Lewis, Green, Keller, Wood, Compton, Edwards & Biffle. Not enough for you? How about Craftsman Truck Series drivers Cook, Crawford, Keselowski, Kluever & Craven. The poster is very well designed, with full photos of the race cars in front of their vehicle number and just above the driver's headshot. Very colorful. STILL NOT ENOUGH? Fri, 24 May 2013The extra bang you get from the Nismo isn’t that great – it gets just 13bhp more than the regular 370Z – but it does get tweaked suspension, brakes and a sports exhaust as well as a rather OTT body kit. The body kit may be a bit too brash for many tastes, but Nissan do say it gives the 370Z levels of downforce that rival the GT-R, so when your neighbours laugh at your Halfords-esque 370Z you can tell them it’s all about the go and not the show. We’re sure they’ll believe you.
Los Angeles Motor Show: Porsche reveals new Panamera flagship
Thu, 21 Nov 2013THE SCINTILLATING Panamera Turbo S has been launched at twin events at the Tokyo and Los Angeles motor shows. The new flagship at the top of the firm’s grand tourer line-up packs a 562bhp punch from a twin-turbocharged V8 engine mounted at the front, with drive transmitted to all four wheels via a sophisticated drive system that can shift torque to whichever wheels can best use it. Displaying true supercar pace, the Turbo S can catapult to 62mph in just 3.8 seconds on the way to a top speed of 192mph.
Volvo testing new safety features
Tue, 10 Jul 2012Volvo outlined three new technologies that it says will help make the Volvos of the future a good deal safer: autonomous driving, “Intersection Support” and animal detection. Volvo says it's tailoring technologies to the way people drive, by which it means poorly. The company claims that “surveys from three different research institutes in the United States reveal that modern drivers spend 25 to 30 percent of their time behind the wheel doing other things, such as focusing on mobile communication.” Volvo's new technologies are said take this into account and “provide the driver with the right support at all times.” By using a camera and radar, future Volvos will be able to follow the car in front while driving in slow traffic using an autonomous-driving function.
