Volkswagen Touareg R50
Mon, 15 Oct 2007By Ben Pulman Motor Shows 15 October 2007 12:42 Let me guess…some fuel-guzzling, turbocharged behemoth? It might be a diesel, but yes, it’s still all of the above. The Mangusta formula was the same as that for Pantera: a Ford V8 engine (albeit a 302 rather than a 351C) midships in a sleek Italian body.
‘Hidden’ damage on hire cars costing drivers
Tue, 24 Sep 2013MORE THAN one in three hire car users have found unreported damage on hired vehicles upon collection, according to new data. A survey conducted by YouGov found that 37% of business travellers found damage to their hired vehicle which was not marked down on the documentation when they collected the car. This could lead to the user being charged for the damage and liable to lose any insurance excess amount – which could be as much as £2,000.
