Product Description
The VStream gets its name from the unique shape and dimensional contours designed and engineered into the windscreen. The patented V profile helps push the turbulent wind out and away from the side of the riders head, producing a quieter and more comfortable riding experience. This improvement also reduces wind noise and buffeting for the passenger. All VStream Windscreens are manufactured in the USA from thick, durable hardcoated polycarbonate and are covered by National Cycles exclusive 3-Year Warranty against breakage.

The 2011 Mercedes SLK promotional video leak out
The best laid plans of mice and men…and car makers. Mercedes has been busy teasing us with bits of the 2011 Mercedes SLK (or probably 2012 Mercedes SLK if you’re on the other side of the Pond) for quite a while. We had the ‘Feature’ shot of the ‘Magic Sky Control‘ roof which looks a greeat feature, but turns out to be an optional extra.

New Ford Kuga / Escape Hands-Free Tailgate - Kick to Open
The new 2012 Ford Kuga will debut later this month at the Los Angeles Motor Show (alright, strictly speaking it’s the 2013 Ford Escape – but they’re the same) so Ford has decided to tease the Kuga with its clever tailgate trick. Yes, the new Kuga has a tailgate that has a party trick – it opens when you kick it. Yes, we’ve all hard cars that need their doors kicking to shut them (the new Kuga will do that too), but opening with a kick is a bit of a first.

Being fat creates an extra tonne of Co2 emissions a year
Much as I’m prone to warn against blindly believing the ‘Cars are destroying the Planet’ mantra we hear every day, it’s not me laying the blame at the feet of our chubby readers. The London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicines has made the claim, for a variety of reasons, explained by Dr Phil Edwards who said “Walking around in a heavy body is like driving a gas guzzler”. But of course, that needs a little extra explanation to put it in to context.
