If the part is seized by the postage company in the customer’s country, it is the Customer’s responsibility to make contact with the postage company.

We will NOT refund any money for postage if;

(i)                 Customs seizes the part and sends the part back to Japan because the customer did not claim the part (even if they do not contact the customer).

(ii)               The local Post Office seizes the part and sends the part back to Japan because the customer did not claim the part (even if they do not contact the customer).

(iii)             The Post Office tries to deliver the part, but retains the part due to the customer not being home, and then sends the part back to Japan because the customer did not claim the part (even if they do not contact the customer).

If one of the above situation occurs, it is the Customer that must pay for having the part resent. If the customer decides they want a refund, a refund will ONLY be given for the purchase price of the product and not for the price of delivery.
