You are bidding on a Heavy Duty 'Bobble Strut,' Hop/Roll damper or engine jack. This item replaces the hydraulic damper on the '95-99 manual transmission Neon.
The strut keeps the engine from rolling; it prevents wheel hop and stabilizes the powertrain for smoother shifts. It can also 'jack' the engine to provide ground clearance for headers, and prevents powertrain movement which will break headers.

The strut is constructed with a zinc plated 1/2" steel rod; a precision rod end; and uses the stock bolt.
You may adjust the amount of powertrain preload and bushing crush. It will also work where stock bracket has been relocated and shorter bobble is required.

Early '95 ('93-'94 build) used a slightly different upper bracket, you might need to do some minor fabrication.
Otherwise, bushings fit the upper mount perfectly, they repair and replace the always broken factory isolator.

Priority, US shipping is quick and inexpensive. Int'l bidders please contact me.

Thank you for looking, good luck bidding!
