Subaru adds Limited trim to the Impreza for 2012, holds base-model price

Subaru is keeping base-model prices the same for the 2012 Impreza, starting at $18,245 with destination, and is adding a Limited model to the lineup. The Impreza 2.0i Limited model starts at $22,345 for the four-door version and $22,845 for the five-door. The base-model four-door Impreza 2.0i still comes standard with five-speed manual transmission.

MINI at the Detroit Motor Show – Video trailer

The MINI Beachcoimber will be one of the stars of the NAIAS Next week sees the start of the 2010 Detroit Motor Show – the first big Motor Show of the season. And there will be lots of new stuff – and some not so new – and maybe even a surprise or two we don’t yet know about. LvdA: From what I’ve been told [outgoing design boss] Patrick le Quément was asked to come up with three candidates, two internal and one external, and somehow I bubbled to the top of the external candidates. I think the criteria included international experience, being relatively young and having a good record.
