PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES LISTED BY EBAY ARE ESTIMATES ONLY - ESPECIALLY THE FAST'N FREE DATES. Sometimes delays occur that are beyond our control. Please view the tracking information or contact us directly if you see anything that concerns you. Almost all of our products are on hand. There are a few items that are handled by our processing companies. Virtually ALL of our products leave the NEXT business day (we do list a two day handling time on most items to account for the time of day the order was placed and other special circumstances.) ALL items ship from the USA - this also speeds up delivery times. All will ship via FEDEX, UPS, or USPS and all will have tracking information that will be provided to you when the items ships. Items that are large or with limited shipping options will only ship to the continental USA - see specific listing for limitations on where your item can ship. Many items, but not all, cannot ship to APO/FPO or PO box addresses.
 
ALASKA/HAWAII/PUERTO RICO:
Many items that ships to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico will have a surcharge. In addition, these will ship via economy shipping and will take longer than noted in the auction.

RETURNS:
Virtually all items have a 14-day return policy. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Certain items that use fuel (generators, engines, etc) or that are perishable or consumable may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any item being returned MUST have all the original packing, materials, and parts. Returns will be processed within 72 hours of receipt with our suppliers. If parts or packaging that is missing and prevents proper return, the buyer will be notified to work out a resolution. We sell a few items that are marked as no returns, these will not be eligible for returns under any circumstances. Returns past the return time frame, missing parts or packaging, or listed as non-returnable will not be accepted.

PICTURES and DESCRIPTIONS:
I work very hard to keep accurate and up to date information in my listing. There may be the rare occasion where the description, photo, or listing varies slightly from the product received. These will be rare and minor discrepancies but the product you order is still true to the description.

SALES TAX:
Several states are now requiring us to collect sales tax. Please see auction for more details and remember this is your state's policy not an additional sum of money we are collecting!

DISCONTINUED ITEMS:
From time to time, an item may be discontinued by our suppliers. The seller reserves the right to cancel a bid or order. Again, this is rare and we will do so as quickly as possible to avoid inconvenience to the buyer.

As CAR previously reported back in February, Mitsubishi is continuing its commitment to electrify its range, with the Outlander PHEV incorporating lesson's learned from the brand's fully electric iMiEV city car.
