Saab is in the process of separating from GM, as part of the seismic restructuring underway at the car maker previously known as the world's biggest. That's the deal. Supercar maker Koenigsegg Automotive, together with a consortium of private investors, has formed Koenigsegg Group, which has reached a ‘tentative agreement’ to buy Saab from GM.
