New 1937 1938 1939 Ford Flathead Passenger Wide Five Rim Hubcaps # 2028c Restor on 2040-parts.com

 
These will fit the Ford "wide five" rims. Believe these are correct for the 39 Ford cars. These are new and probaly an early reproduction but have a few scuffs from long time storage. Not perfect but can be shined up nicely. Could not find anyone reproducing these currently.
