This is one Left Driver Side factory Ford Genuine Parts power folding, power adjustable & heated glass, turn signal and puddle lamp mirror.

This mirror is considered "paint-to-match" which means you will have to have the top mirror cover or "skull cap" painted to match your truck. You may be able to swap the mirror cover (if undamaged) from your damaged mirror over to your new mirror to save time and money.

Re-use your factory hardware from your current mirror during installation.
