The four-seater concept – which measures in at 5,207mm long, 1,930mm wide and 1,397mm high – was designed at General Motors' advanced design studio in North Hollywood, California, under the direction of Frank Saucedo and is an evolution of last year's Cien concept. Chrysler recalls some 2010 Jeep Wranglers over fire risk
Tue, 22 May 2012Chrysler is recalling automatic-transmission-equipped 2010 Jeep Wranglers for a problem with the transmission skid plate. The plate, meant to protect delicate parts from rough terrain, can collect debris near the catalytic converter. That can lead to a fire.
Volkswagen Taigun concept (2014): VW’s new baby SUV
Fri, 07 Feb 2014It seems the tailgate-mounted spare wheel could be making a comeback – first Ford launches the EcoSport, now VW has followed suit with this updated Taigun concept. Both cars are small crossover SUVs, aimed at emerging markets, particularly Brazil and India. With the EcoSport appearing in UK dealerships this May, however, we don’t think it will be too long before a production version of the Taigun offers VW’s take on the idea to European buyers as well.
