For sale today is a NEW aluminum rear end filler tank. Attach this to the decking above the rear differential of your race car, run a tube to the differential, and top of your rear differential oil easily without ever getting under the car again! This part is made of welded sheet aluminum and it looks very nice. On the top is a mounting flange plus a quick-turn style cap, on the bottom is a welded in aluminum #10AN male fitting to attach your filler tube. These are VERY nice and VERY light weight! Also included is a new Allstar steering shaft heim.

Nissan cuts the price of the Micra to £7,995
Thu, 11 Oct 2012The Nissan Micra is getting a price cut in the UK, with the entry-level Micra dropping to just £7,995 and price cuts across the Micra range. That means the entry-level Micra 1.2 12v Visia comes down form a not exactly bargain basement £9,750 to a much more appealing £7,995. And Nissan hasn’t done it by cutting equipment levels, as they say every model still gets the same level of equipment, including Bluetooth.
Honda Jazz / Honda Fit recall – faulty electric window switch
Sat, 30 Jan 2010Honda is recalling the Jazz/Fit to replace faulty electric window switches It’s not exactly on the scale of the Toyota recall for a sticking throttle, but nevertheless the announcement by Honda that they are recalling almost 650,000 (MY 2002-2008) Honda Fits (that’s the Honda Jazz in the UK) around the world is another blow to a Japanese car maker just as the worst of the auto industry woes of the last year or two seem to be easing. The European Honda Jazz recall seems only to affect RHD cars, so it looks like it’s just the UK that needs a fix to the master window switch on the driver’s door on 171,00 models here. If the window gets left open for long periods – or if there are long periods of heavy rain – water can get in to the switch and cause it to malfunction and, at worst, catch fire.
