BMW 1M Coupe - the most fun car of 2011 Jeremy Clarkson hasn’t had the easiest of relationships with BMW. He hated the first BMW X3 (didn’t we all), he thinks anyone with a brain would buy a 5-Series and ignore the X5, the BMW SatNav is only good for directions to Poland and he thought only knobs drive a Beemer. Jaguar & Land Rover eschew Detroit for Delhi

The Jaguar C-X16 will be on show at the Delhi Motor Show in January. Although Jaguar Land Rover has revealed that it won’t be exhibiting at the 2012 Detroit Motor Show in January – instead it will be out in force at the Delhi Motor Show – it’s really not a huge deal. Motor Show exhibiting is an expensive business, and despite JLR’s strong sales, costs are a factor.

With demand uncertain for big cars in the years ahead, Ford Motor Co. has dropped plans for new rear-wheel-drive sedans. Ford design chief J Mays told Automotive News on Sunday that plans for rwd Ford and Lincoln sedans have been shelved.
