One Year Warranty, 12,000 Miles warranty on parts only, "no questions asked" (labor not included), has earned us an excellent reputation in the USA and throughout the world market. Customer must inform and provide proof of mileage upon purchase or within 15 calendar days. A professional mechanic must install all items in order for this to be valid “evidence required”. You must provide the vehicles VIN number that the part was installed on. Must have prior written approval before item is sent back. Warranty date starts from the date of purchase, not from the date of delivery. Bremen Tech is not responsible for warranty exchange shipping charges to and from the buyer nor is Bremen Tech responsible for any labor paid to install or remove parts.
Most warranty exchanges work like this. You (the customer) purchase a new item as a deposit to replace the defective item, or ship the item first. When Bremen Tech receives the defective item back, we will issue you the credit, if an item was purchased, and ship out a replacement promptly.
Bremen Tech reserves the right to cancel any warranties should negative feedback be left without just cause, or if any material deemed to be slander or libel is posted. Bremen Tech further reserves the right to seek immediate legal and monetary damages for any losses caused by such actions of the consumer.
