This is a brand new reproduction chrome AC Oil Fill cap / breather for the 1964 & 1965 Buick Nailhead finned aluminum valve covers. This is a twist in breather. This is an excellent reproduction piece. The 1966 finned aluminum valve covers use a push in style breather. Detroit Electric moves production to Holland
Fri, 30 Aug 2013Detroit Electric is going ahead with production of its Lotus-based sports car in the lovely Detroit suburb of…Holland. Unfortunately it's not the coastal city in the western part of Michigan, but the one in northern Europe. The facility will begin production in the fourth quarter of this year, according to the Detroit News.
New 2014 Corvette caught in the wild
Thu, 07 Feb 2013The 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray made its Detroit auto show debut in two of the 10 colors on the palette--Torch Red and Cyber Gray. Engineers wasted no time stripping the camouflage off prototypes, exposing three other colors on highways in Arizona--Black, Laguna Blue and Velocity Yellow. Cars wearing those colors have been photographed in the wild by Corvette fans and sent to us--the latest a Laguna Blue Corvette from Elliott Gosch of Scottsdale--along with being posted on fan sites such as www.corvetteforum.com and www.corvette7.com.
