Vauxhall Meriva (2010) – first interior photos

Mon, 18 Jan 2010

By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 18 January 2010 09:45 Vauxhall has issued these first official photos inside the new 2010 Meriva mini-MPV. By swinging open its suicide doors (FlexDoors, in GMspeak), we're given our first peek inside ahead of the new Meriva's Geneva motor show debut. It's very Astra-like in here, with a horizontal, wraparound 'wing' section circling the dashboard and running into the door cards. New Volvo P1800 revealed by Volvo’s chief designer

Fri, 09 Dec 2011

Volvo P1800 re-imagined Volvo’s Chief Designer at its Monitoring and Concept Centre has recreated the iconic Volvo P1800 for the 21st century to celebrate its 50th anniversary. The Volvo P1800 is perhaps the most stylish car Volvo has ever produced, and 2011 marks the 50th anniversary of the most unlikely of Volvos; a Volvo that was to The Saint what the Aston Martin DB5 was to James Bond. Designed to be eye candy for Volvo dealers hoping for more footfall in showrooms full of Amazons, the P1800 was designed by Pelle Petterson – the son of Volvo consultant Helmer Petterson and the driving force behind the Volvo P1800 project - who worked for Italian designers Pietro Frau.

There was Heinz Prechter, the ASC sunroof king who proposed that Lutz and ex-Chrysler executive Steve Miller join with him as a pre-assembled management team to buy shares and get the board to clean out management. There was J.T.
