We currently ship packages within the United States and its outer lying territories. International customers please contact us for special shipping instruction. All shipments are automatically insured for customers protection and require a signature upon delivery. There is no tracking service available for deliveries via US Postal Service. Damaged/Lost Items
All items purchased from 3TeShop are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible or liable for items that you receive that is damaged by the shipping carrier such as UPS, FedEx, or the US Post Office. Upon delivery of the items please inspect the product boxes; if they are damaged refuse the delivery or report the damaged items to the shipping carrier and request the carrier to investigate and inspect the damaged items and send 3TeShop a copy of the inspection report. It is imperative that you request the carrier to contact 3TeShop at . Do not install or use if items have physical damage when it's received. 3TeShop shall under no circumstances be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damage, including loss of profit, when using, installing, or operating items purchased by customer.
Return of Product Purchased at 3TeShop
All sales are final at 3TeShop. There will be absolutely NO REFUNDS. All orders in transit cannot be cancelled. In case a manufacturing defect is found or you have received an incorrect item, we will provide a replacement or exchange for incorrect items, but all manufacture defective items must be forwarded to original manufacturer for warranty return. (Returned items will be on an exchange only basis.) Requests for replacement or exchanges are only allowed within 5 days of delivery date. It had looked throughout Q1 and Q2 that it would be Ferrari who were dominant and likely to take pole, but Alonso suffered a rear roll bar problem at the start of Q3 and ended at the bottom in tenth place.
Volkswagen hits back, weighs making a bid for Porsche
Thu, 23 Apr 2009Volkswagen is considering an audacious reverse-takeover bid for its majority shareholder, Porsche, in a twist in the drawn-out struggle for control between the two German carmakers. The Volkswagen Group's supervisory board is said to be weighing the possibility of purchasing Porsche AG, in a move that would relieve its holding company, Porsche SE, of massive debt that industry analysts suggest the company may not be able to fund should the world's financial crisis drag on well into 2010--a scenario put forward this week by the International Monetary Fund. The secret plan emerged as shareholders were set to convene at Volkswagen's annual meeting on Thursday, and it comes after Porsche revealed that it is carrying some 9 billion euros ($11.73 billion) in debt, most of it owing to interest on loans taken out to purchase its 50.8 percent stake in VW.

The new front-mid engined supercar is skinned in carbon-fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP), which, aside from being both lightweight and strong, also enabled greater freedom to create shapes, curves and edges. Seen in the flesh, however, the white bodycolor did the LFA few favors, though this choice may have more to do with slighting Acura - the last NSX, the Type-R, was also white with a red and black interior.
