Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat (2015): the world’s fastest saloon

The company claims it’s the ‘quickest, fastest and most powerful sedan in the world,’ and a quick look at the specs suggests they’ve created a super-saloon to shame the fastest four-doors from Europe. The new four-door Hellcat packs a 707bhp punch and is capable of a standing quarter mile in just 11.0sec.

Mercedes SLS AMG E-Cell (2010): the electric SLS

Following the unveiling of Tesla's updated Roadster 2.5, Mercedes is showing off its iteration of an all-electric sports car: the SLS AMG E-Cell. While the regular SLS pumps out 563bhp and 479lb ft from its 6.2-litre V8, the SLS E-Cell has four synchronous electric motors, powering all four wheels for a combined output of 392kW (equivalent to 526bhp) and a mammoth 649lb ft of torque. Crucially, all of that power is accessible from zero revs, allowing the E-Cell to sprint to 62mph in four seconds dead.

Design Development: KTM X-Bow

KTM is an Austrian motorcycle company. Originally it produced only off-road bikes, but now it also makes ATVs / quads and road orientated machines, all focused on the enthusiast end of the motorbike market - there are no retro-cruisers, scooters or large screened tourers in the KTM range.
