We’re pretty sure this really is just a concept – although no doubt a direction pointer for Ford’s aspirations - but the 3-pot Ecoboost engine in the Ford Start is definitely not a concept engine. Toyota recalls Prius models for steering fix
Wed, 01 Jun 2011Toyota Motor Corp. is recalling 106,000 units of its first-generation Prius hybrid vehicle to fix a power steering problem that can make the car difficult to turn. About 52,000 of the cars were sold in the United States and 48,000 in Japan, Toyota said.
Ford to add 1,200 jobs at Chicago plant to build 2011 Explorer
Mon, 25 Jan 2010Ford plans to add 1,200 jobs when it begins making the Explorer sport-utility vehicle later this year in Chicago. The announcement is expected Tuesday morning at the plant. Plans to bring the Explorer from Louisville, Ky., to the underutilized Chicago plant have been known for nearly a year.
