These Classic Instruments Vintage Series gauges feature 24 carat gold plated bezels with parchment faces and brown numbers with old-fashion style red pointers.
This set of five authentic style gauges includes: electronic programmable speedometer, hard-couple pulse sender, fuel level gauge with 6-24" adjustable sender, oil pressure gauge with sender, water temperature gauge with sender, voltage gauge (amps on request), and installation booklet. Speedometer measures 3-3/8" in diameter; all others are 2-1/8" in diameter. |

Tue, 23 Aug 2011The biannual Internationale Automobil-Ausstellung, or the Frankfurt motor show, is again due to take place this September, swapping places with its sister show in Paris. One of the world's largest motor shows – certainly physically – the IAA is held at Frankfurt's Messe complex, and in recent years has been themed, with the last event in 2009 carrying the theme of ‘electrification', with virtually every manufacturer revealing a vehicle using the latest battery technology. Fittingly, the most notable unveil at that show was the BMW Vision Efficient Dynamics Concept, which was easily the most innovative and original car of 2009.
2013 BMW M5 facelift & new M6 get Competition Package
Tue, 21 May 2013The BMW M5 (left) & M6 with new Competition Packacge But the 2013 BMW M5 – and its coupe sister, the BMW M6 – will also be getting a Competition Package option for 2013, which is probably more interesting than the minor tweaks to the 2013 5 Series. The Competition Package adds more power to both the M5 and M6 – a whole 15bhp, taking it up to 567bhp – enough to improve the 0-62mph by 0.2s on both M5 and M6 as well as re-tuned dampers and springs – which lower ride height on the M5, but not the M6 – stiffer anti-roll bars, new M Diff and an improved Dynamic Mode which should allow you to play a bit more. On the cosmetic front, just like the 5 Series facelift, you’ll have to look quite hard to see what the Competition Package adds, but you do get a black finish on the tail pipes and a slightly different set of 20″ alloys.

Mon, 09 Sep 2013The Audi A3 Cabriolet broke cover on Sept. 8, a few days before its media debut at the Frankfurt motor show. It will be joined on the stand by the new Quattro concept and the sporty RS7 sedan.
