New Condition Red Maroon Radio Knobs For 1934-1942 Cars on 2040-parts.com
Elgin, Texas, United States
EXTREMELY RARE! Only 1 pair available! Reddish maroon plastic bakelite? knobs for classic cars. They came with the other radio inventory I inherited that is from 1934 to 1942. They could fit other years; however, I make no guarantees. Please double check your car. These are NEW, ORIGINAL AFTERMARKET, radio knobs. Auction includes 1 set. I believe these knobs are made by firestone, Motorola, Crowe (part of firestone I have been told.) or Delco. I have removed them from the original boxes and tissue paper due to the boxes' condition. However, all have been in boxes from manufacture date until I removed them. Truly gorgeous! I have radio items for almost every American made car from 1934-1942. If you don't see yours listed, ask me and I will start an auction for you as soon as possible. I will be shipping once per week on Fridays. Most items should get to your location within a week. I will ship outside the U.S., but different shipping charges will apply and it will typically take longer to arrive. **Just my suggestion...These would be especially gorgeous with the chrome face plates/ bezels I have.

Gordon Murray designs electric sports car – Teewave AR.1
Thu, 22 Sep 2011Toray Industries Teewave AR.1 by GMD If you jumped straight from the headline to here, you may be flushed with excitement at the prospect that Gordon Murray – the man responsible for the McLaren F1 – has penned an electric roadster – the Toray Teewave AR.1. Admittedly the name doesn’t roll of the tongue quite like ‘McLaren F1′, but we can forgive the uninspiring name as the Teewave AR.1 is bound to be impressive. Isn’t it?

Cross-country in a Corvette Stingray: Day One
Tue, 20 Aug 2013Chevrolet brought a small fleet of 2014 Corvette Stingrays to Pebble Beach last week. Somehow, we were able to talk them into letting us drive one from Monterey back to Michigan. By the end of the trip, Autoweek will probably have logged more miles in the Stingray than anyone outside General Motors.
