THIS IS A VERY HARD TO FIND DIRECT BRAND NEW AFTERMARKET OEM REPLACEMENT MARINE WATER PUMP FOR THE TRIPLE NICKLE CUMMINS DIESEL ENGINE. THE ORIGINALS HAVE A CASTING NUMBER OF 553928 WHICH WERE MADE IN ENGLAND AND WERE USED BY CUMMINS MARINE ENGINES TURBO AND NON TURBO MODELS V555M AND VT555M V-8 DIESEL ENGINES AROUND THE MID 70'S. YOURS PROBABLY HAS A DOUBLE PULLEY BUT WITH THIS BOLT ON VERSION YOU SIMPLY USE ONLY THE TWO REQUIRED. THERE IS NO NEED TO SWAP THE PULLEYS.
IF YOU HAPPEN TO OWN THESE ENGINES YOU MAY WANT TO GET THIS AS A SPARE. YOU WON'T REGRET IT AS THESE ARE VERY HARD TO COME BY. Car Design News caught up with Nacif, an avid racing fan, at last weekend's FIA GT1 World Championship race at Silverstone, in which a Nissan GT-R piloted by team Sumo Power garnered the win.
