London parking space on sale for £75,000

Located on Westbridge Road in Battersea SW11, the listing indicates that it is a single parking space at the rear of a property – so there’s no garage to keep the car safe, merely enough space for it to be parked. With easy access to the River Thames and nearby Battersea Park it is an attractive location, but only for someone in the immediate vicinity.
