A Californian woman is thought to be the first ever motorist to receive a ticket for driving while wearing ‘Google Glass’ computer spectacles. Cecilia Abadie was written up under a state law banning drivers from watching TV behind the wheel, which the officer in question believed Ms Abadie’s transgression fell under. Went surfing, 33 miles away. 33 plus 33 is 66. Should have been within the range limits of the car but I used up nine kWhs on the first leg of mostly freeway driving, which suggests I wouldn't make it home.

Honda Civic Wagon estate concept to debut at Geneva

Honda has released the first image of its Civic Wagon estate car ahead of its unveiling at next month's Geneva motor show. From what the sketch shows us, we can see a prominent crease hanging over the rear wheelarches along with a sloping roofline with integrated rear spoiler. At the rear we also get a glimpse the lamp arrangement, which runs the width of the car.
