But Scotland voted No and Land Rover have revealed a new Union Jack version of the Range Rover Evoque – the Range Rover Evoque SW1. Based on the Evoque Dynamic, the Evoque SW1 comes with a choice of Firenze Red, Fuji White, Loire Blue, Santorini Black or Corris Grey paint, Fuji White roof and stripes, 20″ white alloys and – here comes the ‘Inspired by Britain’ bit – Union Jack graphics on the rear spoiler, door mirrors, gear knob on manual versions and Union Jack tags on the seats, carpets, sill plates and key and ‘RANGE ROVER’ lettering in white on the bonnet.

This is Cadillac's second such concept in a couple years, after it showed the Ciel convertible at Pebble in 2011. Yet we hear that the first production car to ride on the so-called Omega platform will be a sedan scheduled to arrive in 2015 as a 2016 model.
Chrysler posts $212 million quarterly profit
Thu, 27 Oct 2011Chrysler Group on Thursday reported third quarter net income of $212 million, up from a net loss of $84 million a year earlier. Revenue rose 19 percent to $13.1 billion. The company ended the quarter with $9.5 billion in cash, down from $10.2 billion at the end of the second quarter.
