Reflective panels on the front, side of arm and back for added nighttime visibility. Adjust the waist and sleeve cuffs for a custom fit. Snap tab cover on lower front of jacket protects your fuel tank from scratches. 2 front side pockets protected by waterproof zippers. Internal storage includes mobile device pocket on left side, map/cargo pocket on the right side and a vertical zippered pocket with a red slider for easy visibility. The safety arsenal will include after-dark pedestrian detection, road barrier detection, as well as fully autonomous cruise control and parking capability. It’s the latest salvo from Volvo’s crack team of safety-obsessed engineers in the fight to realise the company’s ‘Vision 2020’ target – that no occupant of a new Volvo will be killed or seriously injured in an accident by 2020.

Friday marked the final prelude of the 17th annual Woodward Dream Cruise but pre-event festivities have been underway for days throughout suburban Detroit. A lights-and-sirens cruise graced the streets of Ferndale, Mich., during late afternoon, while an emergency-vehicle show ran through the evening; live DJs set up to play through the day and night in Pontiac, Mich.; a classic-car parade lit up the streets in the nearby suburb of Berkley; and classic-car displays have now claimed much of the pavement in Royal Oak. Among local car enthusiasts participating in the week-long buildup to the Woodward Dream Cruise, Kathy Lang and her husband have been set up with their 1964 Dodge Polara in the Royal Oak vicinity since Monday.
