NEW OEM Part # F812-16720-LA

It fits a Ford "F-250 XL SUPER DUTY" 1999 - 2004 right or left fender.

I do not have the outer wrapping but it is new.  It measures 8 9/16" x 2 1/4".

The colors are raised chrome lettering and flush red lettering on a black background.

There are 2 pegs on the back for installation purposes.

Please be sure to double check your part(s) numbers.  I could be wrong with the compatible vehicles or part number.  There may be more or...there may be less...vehicles that this will fit.  Thank you!
