Australia :  We offer 1 day handling time and ship Australia-wide via Toll, TNT or Australia Post, Tracking information is provided where relevant and please allow 3 - 7 working days for items to arrive. If your purchase has not arrived for a week, please message us and we will endeavour to track and find out what has happened.

Most items are free shipping though Larger items may not have postage quoted as it depends on the destination and we want to provide the lowest possible postage. If postage is not quoted for your item, please message us your postcode and the item ID and we will provide a quote from our courier company.

An express postage option is also available

PICK UP - Pick-up is available via appointment only from Berwick Mazda, 3 Prestige Place, Narre Warren, Victoria 3805. We also accept Visa/Mastercard/American Express and cash on pickup. (Parts might need to come from another of our warehouse locations, so please arrange pick up time with us to avoid disappointment)

International: We offer 1 day handling time for international customers, All international deliveries are sent via DHL or Australia Post, tracking number is provided for all purchases.

If you require more than 1 item we can bundle items together to try and get you the cheapest shipping rates specified to your location. Contact us if you require this service.

Any duties or taxes payable in destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

PAYMENT OPTIONS - We accept PayPal and direct deposit. For pick up we also offer EFTPOS (including American Express and cash on pick up. RETURNS - We offer a 30 day return policy - We will replace or refund all faulty goods, even though they are thoroughly checked before leaving our premises. We offer returns for most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus the original shipping costs.

You must return items in new condition with all original tags attached and all original materials included with the shipment. You must ship your items within 14 days of delivery. We inspect all returned items. Please try your best to maintain items in pristine condition, all items returned must be in the same condition as they were delivered. Return shipping is at the buyers cost.
