Mile Marker's lineup of ATV and UTV winches have been totally redesigned and now boast top-of-the-line recovery speeds, a new braking system, and now feature Synthetic Rope as an option. These winches include both a handheld remote control, as well as a handlebar mounted remote control providing "power in" and "power out" functions. Mile Marker has also developed a new 300 amp rated solenoid giving maximum duty cycle to these bantam size power houses.

The Peugeot 3008 is, according to Peugeot, a cross between an SUV, MPV and a hatchback. Really? If that’s the market it’s going for then I suppose it’s after the likes of the Nissan Qashqai and Volkswagen Tiguan, but it doesn’t look like it fits.

Gazoo Racing upgrades the Scion FR-S

Since the 2013 Subaru BRZ and the 2013 Scion FR-S met the public last month, all people want to talk about is when a turbo or supercharged version is coming out. It seems 200 hp and 150 lb-ft of torque just isn't enough. Japanese firm Gazoo Racing decided not to wait for the factory and built a supercharged—and turbocharged—Toyota 86 (our Scion FR-S) that it's calling the Gazoo Racing Sport FR.

Councils urged to shun yellow lines

COUNCILS are being asked to cut unsightly yellow lines as part of a Government drive to rid the streets of clutter. Local Transport Minister Norman Baker has urged local authorities to think about using restricted parking zones, instead of automatically opting to use yellow lines to control parking, particularly in single streets and environmentally-sensitive areas in towns and cities. Restricted parking zones require a limited number of signs which tell motorists if they can or can not park and during which times and are considered less intrusive than conventional yellow lines.
