To coincide with the launch of its new XJ limo, Jaguar has teamed up with the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC), and hopes to raise £1m for the charity’s helplines by offering lottery tickets with the keys to the first XJ as the prize. So when Jalopnik published some less than good looking photos of the new Jeep Cherokee yesterday, the PR machine at Jeep went in to overdrive to bring forward the release of official photos of the new Cherokee, to hopefully stem the less than flattering comments on the new Cherokee’s looks.
