We try our best to keep our inventory as stocked as possible, however not all items are in always stock and may need to be ordered from the manufacturer/distributor prior to shipping and may require an additional 3-5 business days for processing. If we estimate your order will take 5+ business days before shipping we will do our best to notify you ahead of time.
Shipping and Handling Charges: Shipping prices are flat rate. Hawaii, Alaska, and international orders may have an increase in shipping costs. We will notify you directly if there is an increase in the shipping charge for your order prior to billing and shipping.
Domestic Shipments: Packages are shipped via USPS or UPS to the lower 48 states. APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes and shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped strictly via USPS. Tracking information will be provided to you as soon as the item leaves our warehouse. International Shipments: All international orders are shipped via USPS. All International orders are subject to inspection and clearance through customs. We are not responsible for any taxes, duties or fees incurred. Buyer is responsible for knowing their countries specific policies/procedures. If a special shipping method is required please call us and let us let us know as soon as possible and we will be happy to assist you.

Returns: All returns must be postmarked no later than 14 days from the original customer shipment date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all instructions and original packaging materials. Customer pays all return shipping charges. Please include a copy of your packing list with all returns.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All returns must be pre-authorized by us and are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited back to the same account/card used for initial payment.

CAR Magazine's design team has won the top accolade at the UK industry's oscars - the Periodical Publishers Association's Designer of the Year gong. Andy Thomas, who led last year's redesign of CAR with art editor Andy Franklin, collected the prize at the magazine industry's annual ceremony in the Grosvenor House Hotel in Park Lane, London. CAR is no stranger to the PPA's top design silverware - we won the same award two years ago.

It was only a matter of time before we expected a talented designer to fill the position vacated by Anders Warming when he was promoted to the role of Design Director at Mini. News of that new appointment was revealed today and, as of March 2011, Karim Habib will become the new Head of Exteriors at BMW Design. No stranger to BMW Design, Habib comes back to the Munich-based carmaker after a two year absence, during which time he worked for rival German carmaker Mercedes-Benz.

Chrysler could work with Nissan to produce its long-awaited, super-butch supermini the Dodge Hornet, CAR Online has learned. The concept car was first shown back in 2006 and is being readied for a launch in 2010. Chrysler had been negotiating with Chinese car maker Chery, but according to CAR's sources it could now be developed with Nissan.
