Shipping and Handling Charges: Shipping prices are flat rate. Hawaii, Alaska, and international orders may have an increase in shipping costs. We will notify you directly if there is an increase in the shipping charge for your order prior to billing and shipping.
Domestic Shipments: Packages are shipped via USPS or UPS to the lower 48 states. APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes and shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped strictly via USPS. Tracking information will be provided to you as soon as the item leaves our warehouse. International Shipments: All international orders are shipped via USPS. All International orders are subject to inspection and clearance through customs. We are not responsible for any taxes, duties or fees incurred. Buyer is responsible for knowing their countries specific policies/procedures. Returns: All returns must be postmarked no later than 14 days from the original customer shipment date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all instructions and original packaging materials. Customer pays all return shipping charges. Please include a copy of your packing list with all returns.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All returns must be pre-authorized by us and are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited back to the same account/card used for initial payment.

THE AA has unearthed a collection of bizarre European driving rules that could catch unwary drivers out this summer. Believe it or not, you're not allowed to drive a dirty car in Belarus, Romania and even parts of Russia. In Portugal it's illegal to carry bicycles on the back of a car, and for some unknown reason it's forbidden in Estonia to overtake a tram that has stopped to pick up passengers.
