With a new series of Top Gear starting last week – Top Gear does Romania being the main piece – we suddenly remembered that you all love Top Gear as much as we do when we had tens of thousands of you arriving to have a look at the piece we did earlier this year when the boys were actually in Romania. And now, after quite a wait, we get its replacement – the new Hyundai Veloster. The Veloster was revealed at the Detroit Motor Show at the start of 2011, and Hyundai say it will be in UK showrooms in February 2012.
Driving the Nissan EV: We get seat time in a prototype
Mon, 20 Apr 2009We got to fling a prototype of the coming Nissan electric vehicle around the parking lot at Dodger Stadium and, like the Dodgers themselves on Opening Day, it was a winner. The prototype body was a previous-generation Cube, but the drivetrain of the car was "99 percent there," according to Nissan. So we drove an old car with the new drivetrain.
