JLR announces £16.3m Evoque_e research project

Jaguar Land Rover will work in conjunction with British technology company and race car manufacturer Zytek Automotive to develop new hybrid and battery-electric vehicle technology. Aston Martin creates three special-edition DB9s
Wed, 22 Dec 2010Aston Martin has designed three special-edition DB9 models named Carbon Black, Quantum Silver and Morning Frost. The Carbon Black and Quantum Silver models are both sport editions with a six-speed Touchtronic II automatic transmission and a remapped sports exhaust that provides a more evocative sound, the automaker said. Both cars come equipped with 19-inch, black 10-spoke wheels, a black grille and graphite tailpipes.

Bentley engineers have increased the output of the Supersports to a really massive 621bhp by fettling the new Bentley to run on Bioethanol E85 and the modification of the injectors and valves, allowing the same performance whether the car is run on E85 or regular petrol.
